Rented items and items with the remark "delivery on request" cannot be sent via the options below.

Depending on the country of destination, there are different options.
As shipping costs abroad are currently still extremely expensive for our company, we only deliver in Belgium for the time being.

Send by b-Post to a pick-up point or post office in your area (only for smaller parcels): The products are sent to a pick-up point close to where you can pick up your order yourself. These collection points are usually easily accessible and have very extensive opening hours. If you choose this option, you must inform us of the pickup point of your choice when ordering, so that we know where to send the goods. Send by bPost with delivery at home: delivery by bus (if small package or envelope) or to you personally when you are at home. If the package can not be delivered it will probably be made available at the nearby post office (a letter will be left in your bus with all the information).

Send via TNT Post (or equivalent) with delivery at home: ATTENTION: someone must be present to receive the order. If not, the order will be returned to us after 3 attempts. These unnecessary transport costs are at your expense and will not be refunded under any circumstances. However, it is possible to specify a different delivery address, e.g. at the office, with your neighbours, with family, etc. The order form contains a special section for this purpose, at the bottom of your personal data.

Delivery at home through our services:
Please contact us first so that we can agree on the date and time.
Delivery on the day of order is possible in certain cases

Collecting the order yourself: This is of course the cheapest way. Please make an appointment for this first.

Shipping costs:
Valid only for products without the note "delivery on request".
Within BELGIUM via bPost:
Up to 15 kg: €4.00

Within BELGIUM via TNT Post:
Up to 10 kg: € 6.00
Up to 30 kg: 8,00€.
