Warranty

All new appliances are covered by a 2-year warranty.
Our secondhand machines are guaranteed for 1 year.
This warranty does not apply in the following cases:
On lamps
In case of damage due to misuse of the equipment (always read your manual).
for appliances which have been opened or modified by the user
for equipment that has not been properly maintained.

Right of withdrawal

In Belgium, the consumer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days after delivery to withdraw from the contract. He must inform us of this in writing and return the order in its undamaged and unused state in the following week.
Equipment that has been damaged or used may be subject to compensation.
The return costs are always at the expense of the customer. These depend on the transport he has chosen. The customer is also allowed to return the products himself.
Attention: 
Devices which are supplied with software and whose packaging has been opened in such a way that the CD-ROM could be used or the registration code read fall outside this rule and are not to be taken back.
Also other sealed objects such as CDs, DVDs, computer components, etc. will not be taken back if the seal is broken.
The purpose of the right of withdrawal is to give the customer the opportunity to view an object as it would be in a shop. (Clothing, etc.) This does not serve to use an object for free for several days and then send it back. For that we have a rental service.
In case of doubt, a customer should therefore only order one appliance of a model if he wishes to claim the right of withdrawal. Ordering several appliances of the same model and then returning them within the framework of the right of withdrawal cannot be accepted.
We are open to demonstrate appliances at our office or if possible at your location. Certain devices can also be hired.

Sales contracts to professionals are not covered by this regulation and therefore do not have this right of withdrawal.
